So, what are your points worth? We're glad you asked! Here's the breakdown:

50 points will get you $4 off your total purchase (tax not included).
100 points will get you $8 off your total purchase (tax not included).
150 points will get you $12 off your total purchase (tax not included).
162 points will get you $13 off your total purchase (tax not included).
175 points will get you $14 off your total purchase (tax not included).
188 points will get you $15 off your total purchase (tax not included).
200 points will get you $16 off your total purchase (tax not included).

If you have Cash App, you can see all your accrued points, earned rewards, and past transactions with our stands in one convenient place. It's a great way to stay on top of your rewards and make sure you never miss out on a discount or promotion.

Don't have Cash App yet? No problem! If you sign up for SMS notifications, we'll send you a message whenever you earn a new reward or have a transaction with our store. Plus, the message will prompt you to download Cash App through Google Play or the Apple App Store, so you can start tracking your rewards right away.

What is the customer loyalty program?

Our customer loyalty program is a rewards program that provides exclusive benefits and perks to our loyal customers.

How do I enroll in the customer loyalty program?

Enrolling in the customer loyalty program is easy. All you must do is give your barista your phone number or email (or both) and you will be added to our loyalty program. You will be sent a link after your checkout with instructions to follow to sign up.

What are the benefits of the customer loyalty program?

The benefits of the customer loyalty program include exclusive discounts, a different kind of rewards system that lets you earn points from food and drink purchases to work toward earning money off of future purchases. The more you shop with us, the more rewards points you will earn.

How do I earn rewards?

You can earn rewards by making purchases. In the past customers would receive a punch on their punch card for every drink they buy. Now customers will earn one dollar (or point) for every dollar spent. You will earn points for every action, and these dollars (points) can be redeemed for money off of future purchases.

How do I redeem my rewards?

You can redeem your dollars (points) by having your barista look up your account and apply the dollars (points) you have earned to your purchase. If you are signed up for our loyalty program with your email or phone number you will receive a notification alerting you of how many points you have and how many more you need to get to your reward. You can save to either get 50 points (4 dollars off your purchase), 100 points (8 dollars off your purchase), or 150 points (12 dollars off your purchase).

Are buyers able to apply rewards earned during a promotion to the initial transaction?

No. Loyalty points that are earned as part of a promotion will be earned during the current transaction but will only contribute to a reward in a follow-up transaction. Keep in mind that loyalty promotions are limited to one transaction per customer per day.

Are we able to apply multiple promotion incentives to one transaction?

No. Only one promotion incentive can be earned as part of a transaction. In an instance where two promotions are triggered during a transaction, the most recently created promotion will apply.
