What is the Happy Hour program?
The Happy Hour program is a promotional offer that provides customers with a free snickerdoodle cookie or canned beverage with the purchase of a drink and food item during specified hours, 5PM to close every day.
What are the hours for Happy Hour?
Happy Hour runs from 5pm until close every day.
Happy Hour is not offered outside of the designated hours.
The offer is only valid during the specified Happy Hour hours.
What items are included in the Happy Hour promotion?
Customers will receive either a free snickerdoodle cookie or a canned beverage with they purchase a drink and food item together during Happy Hour. It is the customer's choice which free item to choose/
May a customer make a substitution?
A canned Cold Brew may be substituted if a canned Tsunami or the Snickernoodle cookies are not available. No other substitutions are permitted.
How many times may a customer redeem the Happy Hour offer?
The offer is limited to one redemption per customer transaction.
Is the Happy Hour offer available for online orders or takeout?
No, it is only available for in-store customers. It is not available to DoorDash Drivers unless it a DoorDash Pickup.
