Café Elite offers a variety of options for baristas. If you are just starting out or are an experienced barista, we can work to place you on the right team. Roles include Barista, Stand Lead, Stand Managers, District Managers, and General Manager.

(Full-time, part-time and cover work options)

Café Elite depends heavily on its field service team. Our field service team includes delivery drivers, inventory workers, light stand maintenance, facility maintenance, service technicians, landscaping and more.

The Corporate Team is constantly growing. Our team consists of professionals in logistics, operations, sales, marketing, training and development, community engagement inventory, roasting, warehouse, field technicians, customer service and more.

Café Elite offers a Bridge to Ownership plan for our baristas. Once a Barista meets our requirements, we will help finance and provide support for a barista to open their own Café Elite location.
